program
The Malaysia My Second Home program
is an immigration scheme open to nearly all foreign
citizens wishing to retire or live in Malaysia
on a long-term basis. Your spouse and children

Who is eligible
You are eligible to participate
in Malaysia My Second Home program if you can
show that:
(if you are above 50 years of age)
•
you have at least RM 100,000.00 (equivalent to
USD26,315.79*) to be deposited
in a bank in Malaysia, or your
income is at least RM7,000.00 (equivalent
to USD1,842.10* per month) if you are single,
or
•
you have at least RM 150,000.00 (equivalent to
USD39,473.68*) to be deposited
in a bank in Malaysia, or your income is at least
RM10,000.00 (equivalent to USD2,631.58*
per month) if you are a couple,
(if you are below 50 years of
age)
you have at least RM 100,000.00 (equivalent to
USD26,315.79*) to be deposited in a bank in Malaysia,
and your income is at least RM7,000.00 (equivalent
to USD1,842.10* per month) if you are single,
or
you have at least RM150,000.00 (equivalent to
USD39,473.68*) to be deposited in a bank in Malaysia,
and your income is at least RM10,000.00 (equivalent
to USD2,631.58* per month) if you are a couple,
(*USD1.00 = RM3.8)
Other requirements
Applicants must have insurance
coverage with a local insurance company in Malaysia
and a Medical Report from a local medical institution
(Hospital). |
